Exclusive one‑to‑one meetings with IOP members
In addition to exhibiting, organisations will have the opportunity to take part in private, one‑to‑one meetings with IOP member delegates during the event.
A limited number of individual meeting rooms will be available at the venue, providing a quiet, focused environment away from the exhibition floor. These sessions are designed to support more in‑depth career conversations and may include:
- discussions about current or future vacancies
- informal, early‑stage interviews
- conversations about skills, career pathways and organisational culture
Meetings will be pre‑booked in advance of the event and will be open exclusively to IOP members. Availability is limited, and further details on the booking process will be shared with registered exhibitors.
